Reunion party at United 21, Thane.
It would seem like an act right from the movie but it was pure coincidence. The plan was to enjoy a small occasion with our classmates which could be termed as reunion. Since all our classmates are in facebook we created an event with venue at Hotel United 21. Initially everyone agreed to attend the reunion and on that date there were 60 of us in the hotel.
We didn’t book any facilities in advance, all we did was enter the hotel and found a huge table to adjust all of us. There were people coming in till the last hour. All of us were glad to see each other and to hear about their current status. As and when we were enjoying with drinks and food the hotel staff played some music. Later it was known that someone specially requested for such songs. The food served by the Hotel United 21 staff was very delicious. Although it was four star hotel the prices they charged were very reasonable. After some time we all went for some dance session in their discotheque. We all had a great time dancing to the music beats which the DJ was churning from his box.
We didn’t notice the time till the music was stopped for some time. It was very late and by that time there were only 6 of us. Many of us came in just to have a free drinks and food but what we thought was at least everyone had a great time together. We all had to swipe our credit cards to settle the payment of 60 people at Hotel United 21. All I could say that those who stayed back till the end were the person who enjoyed the most and value the relationship. Again we would plan some reunion party at Hotel United-21 itself but this time we will be charging entry fee.
